Philip service was excellent. The clock for service (8 to 5) is/was a bit long. One must plan to spend 8 hours waiting.

Very Professional
Repair was great. He was very responsive and professional. One thing I did not like is the old ice maker was left behind for us to throw away. We will have to take the boxed ice maker to the dump.

My HVAC
Wille R. showed nothing but professionalism. He made sure everything was done correctly after Tier 1 made a mess of everything. The motherboard was put in incorrectly by Tier 1. Tier 1 didn't check to make sure my heat was on, only emergency heat was running which made my electric bill sky high. I would recommend Willie R. get rewarded for going above and beyond for his customers. Thanks for all Sears do!
