For the amount quoted for the repair I can buy a new washer. I declined the service plan with Tim and just got a call from someone who sounded incoherent about signing up for the service plan.

Great service
Willie would have arrived on time, but there were two accidents on I-40. He did what he needed to do and was courteous. The only issue I have is the difficulty with scheduling service through the Sears MPA web site.
