Ignacio explained that the wash temperature is not supposed to go over 120 degrees and the "reset" cycle is not a reset and I need to close the door and run a full wash cycle for the diagnostics to complete. Who knew?

Ice maker repair

Ignacio great - Sears Home Warranty terrible, no good, awful
It seems like Sears Home Warranty is run by bots and heaven help you if you have a request that's not on the bots menu. It is virtually impossible to contact a real live human being. Accordingly, I intend to cancel the contract with Sears Home Warranty.
