Repair techs were awesome. Sears customer service is lowsy. After app't is made, you can't reach an actual person for your concerns. Wait time for app't is also lowsy. It took 58 days to get my refrigerator repaired. I realize circumstances occur that are beyond our control, but if a customer is waiting that long, they need to be made a top priority.
