Lawrence is great! He explains everything so that anyone can understand. He is courteous and respectful and my dog likes him. Your 8 hour window for service however is awful. You could at least narrow it down to morning or afternoon the day before.

Adam was awesome true professional. Give the man a pay raise. Difinitely knows his trade. Not to take away anything from Adam your AI program really needs to improve tremendously. I had to call to about my scheduled appointment and the call taker asked me three times "what can I help you with today " and that's prior to the first call and the call taker got disconnected. I told the second call taker three times what I was calling about and she finally got it on the 3rd response. Then to find out I was left off the schedule. My advice train real people and train them well. G G
