Friendly and knowledgeable
Nicholas kept us informed of his arrival time. He was friendly and got right down to the business of diagnosing our washer's issue. He offered options for repair and told us about a warranty service. He was very helpful.

Great job!
Lawrence did a great job of fixing our LG refrigerator ice maker. He kept us advised about his arrival time, came on time, and quickly diagnosed the cause of the water leak. He had the replacement part in his truck and took care of he problem in under an hour.

Nick was very thorough on diagnosing the problem with our GE Laundry, and he the ordered new parts - planning to return a week later, Frustratingly Sears Dispatch rescheduled that appointment for 10 days later, the day before we were supposed to have the repair. That wasn't cool - but certainly not a reflection on the technician. When Nick arrived - he was prompt and tested the repair before leaving. We appreciate that it was the same tech as had originally diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. Although we had a couple glitches, Sears repair service was good.
