We have used sears home services since we moved to Brevard NC. We found them to be honest , efficient and fix our needs When we had problems with our refrigerator we called Sears again to repair. Lawerence came and was " above & beyond " helpful and honest with our issue. We trusted him so much we bought the Sears Home Warranty for a year . Trever called to let us know when he was on his way to put the new blades on our lawnmower. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He checked in with us and did a great job of putting the blades on, cleaned up the area he worked in. Trever let me know when he was finished. We are pleased with him and the work he did.
