Exceptional Service
Nico did an exceptional job for my service requests. He replaced the ice maker and it is working perfectly. He was to replace the door bracket on my washer but found that the problem was more than the door bracket. He showed me that the washer was leaking internally and all the front panel was damaged . He was going to report this to Sears and to the Home Warranty company. Nico was extremely professional and experienced in repairing. Sears should be proud of having him as a serviceman!!
