The technicians are great. The scheduling is terrible. Gives the customer an 8 hour (8 to 5) window with no idea of when during the day he might arrive. Then, after waiting for 6 hours, a phone call informs customer the technician won't be there and reschedules without customer input. For this specific fix, two days waiting for parts identification and another nearly 2 days waiting for 20 minute tepair. I have to wonder how many people can afford to be off work, wa iting like this.

Turn off the Energy Saver!
Nicholas showed up at the appointed time and proceeded to look at our dryer, which had been leaving clothes rather too moist. He pointed out the importance of the Energy Saver option. With it OFF, the dryer does its job perfectly in 40 minutes. With it ON, the dryer works for an hour and a half, leaving us rather dissatisfied. Very simple solution!
