Bryan was Very knowledgeable and very fun. Explained to everything in a professional yet understandable manner. Figured out the problem, fixed it, and went on his way. Texted me to make sure everything was fine. Let me know if I had any problems just give him a text and he would direct me to what I could do. I really believe he went over and above what he had to do. Did a great job.

Nick was a really nice and polite guy. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions honestly. He had our stovetop changed out very quickly, and I would definitely use him as our technician in the future! We also had another technician named William and I give him 5 stars as well! We had a very good experience with both technicians, and I highly recommend both of them!

Lawrence (Larry) arrived promptly after sending me a couple of texts letting me know when to expect him and that he was on his way. I explained to him what had been going on during the year when the fridge was still under the (worthless) Whirlpool warranty-- five separate repairs with replacement and adjustment of almost the entire unit. He was sympathetic and told me what I already knew -- that the fridge was unfixable and needed to be replaced -- something Whirlpool refused to do. Larry took pictures of the inside of the fridge and called to tell the "powers that be" that the fridge cannot be fixed and must be replaced -- something he could not do when he was here on 8/17 because it was a Saturday. Larry told me I should get information in a couple of business days about getting this appliance replaced.
