Once he arrived it didn't take that long to do the repair. He was polite and knew what he was doing. Just took all day waiting for him to get here.

Drew was very professional and knowledgeable about the problem I was experiencing and his manner and knowledge made me very comfortable his accesment of my fridge and what he needed to do to make his repairs !!!!

I received prior texts confirming my appointment. James was great. He called to let me know he was on the way. Show up right around the time he said. He was courteous, polite, and knowledgeable. Fixed my dryer quickly. Very pleased with my first experience.
