I can't say enough about Phillip! Friendy, very professional and knowledgeable......he gave me an excellent tutorial on my GE dishwasher. He clearly cares about his work and customers....."Old School" is the perfect term to describe Phillip. Thank you again!

Customer service fails
Jarred was very nice. My problem is the way you handle service issues. Not one person you can call and speak with. This is absolutely disappointing as a customer. What if I were elderly and had no access to a computer and email. How then would you handle my problem with your product?
