Sears service
Joey is the only good things about Sears so far in my almost 2 years of experience. He knows his stuff. Very knowledgeable professional and courteous. He makes Sears look good. It took almost 2 months to get it fixed but that is the Sears issue not technicians. I dread making call to Sears. They will transfer you 7 times and you each time you have to re identify yourself with full details and then they will drop the call. Very poor phone customer service. I have been waiting for my dishwasher to be fixed for the last 3 months. My appointment has been cancelled and rescheduled 6 times. Today they told me that they have no technicians available to help and as such could not give me an appointment date. Pathetic.

Kudos to Robert !!
I have had about 6-8 service techs since July !! Robert is the only one that had and knowledge of what was going on !! He was the best and only tech that did his job !! All others was only her to get a pay check !!! I would rate Robert a 10 /10 !!! Thanks Robert !!
