John is a very professional technician, I rate his service as a 10, he has always been very nice to me and he has serviced my appliances for many many years. As for the others at Sears I have been given the run around for almost 3 months, that is not John's fault it is the others who are setting appointments etc. I am a customer that has had the "Master Protection Plan" for probably at least 30 years always been pleased with the service until this time and like I said IT IS NOT JOHN THAT I AM NOT PLEASED WITH IT IS THE OTHERS ABOVE HIM!!! Josh called this morning and let us know approximately what time he would be at our house. A few minutes later he called back just to advise that he had a cancellation a he gave us an earlier time. He arrived in the mentioned time frame. Josh was very personable and also very informative. Of all of the technicians we have dealt with in the past I would honestly say that he was one of the best. Great job Josh you deserve the recognition.
