Great job
The service tech was on time and polite. He wasted no time repairing our front loader washer and I would recommend this company for any home appliance repairs needed. Reminders about the appointment were frequently sent via phone call and texts to make sure that the customer would not forget about it.

Great service
Good service on my refrigerator freezer. I called and they actually sent someone the same day. Checked it out and ordered parts to come to me. It was two weeks before they came back to put the parts on which I thought was too long. When the serviceman came he had to defrost ice and stayed prop 2 hours and did a great job. I would highly recommend Sears Home Service.

First time service
Even though it turned out to be something else the issue, he pointed out who to call to address the issue of the dish washer not draining properly. Brandon was amicable and cordial throughout the visit. I'll definitely recommend this service to anyone.

Ice maker replacement
The service provided by William so far has been exceptional as we must wait 24 hours to see if the ice maker is operational. The problem lies with the company scheduling. Since we first contacted Sears home services, it has taken three (3) months because of Sears changing appointment times and an upfront payment totaling over $500.00 and we are still waiting to see if we have an operational ice maker. Can't blame the delay because of parts as we received the parts ordered by William two days after first visit. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BY SEARS NOT THE TECHNICIAN.
