Vernon was excellent. He was courteous and professional. I advise you to not read the remainder of this service rating. It pertains to other things. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- I can not say the same about A@E Service. After you closed the case and refused to fix the refrigerator, Choice Warranty found 3 sources for the parts within an hour. You had wasted 32 days. Choice Warranty could assign someone other than you with parts that would work. You spent 5 weeks with nothing to show. You wasted my time. as well as leaving me vulnerable to further eye damage from not being able to refrigerate my glaucoma medication. You should loose your license. My words fail me to describe how unprofessional I think your company is. I hope you will look up these three words in the review title. You certainly do not base your company on them.
