How about read him five or what he did, which was a simple procedure of snapping in a part, and examining our icemaker, which he said should have been ordered also, the part that was recommended by the other technician according to him, it would fix our problem, but we will see. Thank you, Sears

He was very good very polite and I throught he knew what he was doing . But My new icemaker doesn't work and I have waited all day for him to come back . I did let him know it was not working about noon.
