Friendly and Professional
Timothy C. looked at the air conditioner and unblocked it however he could not perform any repairs because the appliance numbers have disappeared due to age. The unblocking did not cool the home and the inside temperatures are still in the low 90s. He was friendly and professional.

Maytag Dryer Mother Board Replacement
The Maytag Dryer experience needs to be quicker. We were without our functioning dryer from 8/16/2024 to 9/20/2024. I think the customer service could have been quicker. Both repair people were knowledgable and represents A&E very well and professional.

After 3 job orders and weeks of non service because tech Steven says he arrived 2 times and a 3rd completing the job without arriving to our home, Timothy was a delight to see. Performed as a top tier tech, knowledgeable and very nice. This has sorta renewed my belief that Sears actually CARES for me, a paying customer after many many years. Thank you Timothy for helping us, if up to me, Timothy deserves a raise and days off and an advancement in the company if he so desire.

Not happy with company!
Our Technician did what he could but unfortunately his attempts did not fix our issue. I was not as concerned with him as I was with service time. Our first appointment was on June 25. Here it is September 16 and no where closer than when we started. There was only 3 appointments scheduled during this entire time. Still no AC! Extremely disappointed with company attitude about our not having AC for entire summer. Basically, they showed they could care less about our dilemma.

Awesome Tech!
Gregory was awesome. Very professional, and friendly. Explained that the sound that my washer was making was normal - just the clutch especially in light of the age of the machine. He checked the washer thoroughly
