Rick seems very nice and knowledgeable
Rick seemed to be very knowledgeable and was friendly. He could fix however too pricey you may as well purchase a new one. The price is not something he can control.

Kevin was very nice and knew his business. He explained why washer was not working and the problem of some parts no longer available. He spent time showing the parts needed on his phone if they were in stock. He looked up two part numbers and explained ..not available any longer. He said sadly, machine is beyond repair and that HSA would contact me about replacement machine.

Heating check /maitenance
Scheduled day before by sears and technician stated he was off on Mon . Although sears had accepted date I scheduled on line for Mon. We waited always and recieved no contact until 4:30 by sears That technician coming today Tuesday. Which he was herecearly and good service.
