I appreciate his expertise and professionalism. I would have loved for him to fix my dasher washer but the pricing was almost doubled what I paid for it 3 years ago. Thanks John!

Did a great job
Chris was great, A&E however could improve its communications. I placed a call for service for my ice maker on fridge. It was two weeks out next available and they gave me a window of 7-4. I was told by the automated system. Email or text that I would narrow the arrival window plus a call when he was on his way. I went in the backyard for 20 minutes and forgot my phone and the person came to the door during that time and then left so I had to reschedule. Again had to wait another two weeks. I did get a call this time as he was leaving previous job about 30-45 mins before arrival. When I tried calling the first time, it's impossible to reach a live person. The automated system told me that there was a smaller window for the day which I had missed since the guy left. However, I should've been notified of that earlier or even the day before because it still showed up as 7-4 on my reminder that it sent through email. It referred me to the website, but when I tried to enter the order number, the order number that was sent to me was longer than the field would allow me to enter the numbers in and therefore I could never access anything so I had to call AHS back to make the followup arrangements. It was a bit frustrating and time consuming.
