Best experience ever
Scott is not only professional he is courteous, caring and provides exceptional service. After having a tech out to identify the issue and order parts I waited over a week for an appt. Scott was scheduled to visit at 7:17pm!!! The messages said service is 7am-4pm but this poor guy is doing his best to get to everyone. When he called me I had an evening board meeting and was not going to be home and he said he could try to reschedule me for two days later. After hanging up I received a rescheduled date for over a week later. I tried rescheduling only later dates were available. I tried calling but no humans are available. It was ridiculous. Scott followed up the nExt day telling his scheduling team I needed to be added back and he came by at 5;20pm to put the new part in, test the machine etc. I am so grateful for Scott to have empathy with my delayed service. I know not having a dishwasher is a first world issue but the terrible service scheduling is ridiculous. Scott made this a happy ending and without Scott this service call would have been canceled.

5 stars to Scott only. Not Sears. Scott was professional. He called before arrival, was efficient in repairing my appliance, friendly, and respectful. Sears however was disrespectful of my time. Allowed me to sit home all day waiting for repairs only to reschedule THREE TIMES and waste my days when I had other priorities. They need to improve their scheduling tactics.
