The Repair Service
No complaints whatsoever about technician Roger he was wonderful. My issue is you give someone an 8 AM to 5 PM window which is ludicrous people need to have a four hour window not an eight hour window, and despite two phone calls in with a request for them to come today in the afternoon. I still got a call at 7 AM that the technician was in route and he arrives at 8 AM. Guess I shouldn't have been surprised as the first technician Adam that came out told me even though he specifically put it on the order for today's repair to be afternoon and despite the fact that I called in and confirmed that I needed afternoon this week and waited on hold forever while she sent the orders through to dispatch, and he said most of times they don't go by what you request, they go by what they want. Also I asked for them to call me on my cell phone to let me know they were in route again they failed, they called on the home number which I asked them not to do. If you can't respect, peoples daily schedules and people's request to make things easier on them that's very very distasteful. So in summary again, the technician was wonderful the service dealing with Sears, absolutely terrible! They also the first technician had forgotten to order a belt for my repairs. Luckily, Roger had one on his truck and was able to complete the job.

Great Customer Service
The company kept me informed of the process, let me know what to expect from the tech. Explained that the tech would ask about my issue with my appliance so he can be prepared on what tools to bring. The technician called as stated asked about about the issue I was having and told me he was on his way, got here on time as promised. The tech did a thorough job.
