Competent service in a timely way
Just a couple of things would have been helpful. Ozie seemed pressed for time, which is understandable. I wish he would have mentioned that when we plugged the fridge back in that it would display PO error code and then told us how to confirm the code to get the icemaker started again. I figured it out in the end. Also, we emptied the icemaker not knowing whether we needed to do that or not after a power interruption. Those are small points. Overall it was a very good experience.
