Nice gentleman, was on time with what he had told us. Unfortunately, the part needed would cost more than a new washer. So, thats the route we'll have to take. Only "issue" we had was that we are sensitive to cigarette smoke - and he is a smoker. No reflection on his skills.

Only redeeming thing about the sears company is Clay
My experience with clay was a 10/10. The entire scheduling process, notification of appointments, and interaction with your call center was a 0/10. Your lucky to have Clay working for you as the entire infrastructure of the company and process is abysmal. The call center is bad enough to keep me away from Sears forever.
