Great Guy!
Great guy and a great example of 'customer service'! Courteous and professional from start to finish. Very engaging while he looked into our problems. Special effort to explain what he was inspecting and the steps he took to see if he could repair anything. I'll need more work, but Scott did a great job for us. 6 stars if I could.

Broken Refrigerator for 3 mos

Gas Oven Not Heating Up
Turned out to be the igniter. Properly diagnosed the first time. Had to order the part which arrived in a timely manner. The technician Warren was friendly and very quick. He seemed very skilled at his trade. Thank you.

Fixed my computer board after a mouse fried it.
A mouse had been fried when it got into the area with the computer board. Warren was awesome! He was filling in for Jordan. It didn't take him long to fix my oven. Made me very happy.
