Nice guy, but washer isn't working properly
I had one technician come out, ordered the wrong parts. Martin came to install them and I had to order new parts which took another couple weeks. He installed the parts and now my washer is not properly working. He only reason they gave a three is because he was a very nice guy.

Dryer door,
As far as the service goes, the service was great as far as parts not so great I waited a long time for my dryer to be fixed and I just got it fixed today. Not very happy with the parts part of this and that it took this long to be fixed.

Is this the first or second representative?
The first representative told me the loud knocking sound coming from the refrigerator was normal. Even new ones made the sound. He ordered a part to replace thermostat. The representative that put it in did a good job.Still knocking.

Terrible attitude
He was rude and basically called me a liar. He wouldnt listen to anything I was telling him. He went to my husband after and told him I was mad at him which started an argument between me and my husband. He was very unprofessional. I will never use this company again. I wouldn't have even given him 1 star but I had to to get this review out there.

Stove still not fixed
The service tech came out said he fixed the burner, but now if we turn on any other burner the one he fixed comes on. It has already been a month waiting to get this fixed and now it's gonna take another 2 weeks to get them to come back out. So that's two days out of work trying to get this fixed and I will have to miss another

Assessment of Dryer Problem
Marty was professional and identified the problem on Wednesday, October 4. The repair part was ordered and arrived Thursday, October 5, a return appointment was made to install the part for Monday, October 9. I confirmed my Monday, October 9 appointment online over the weekend (October 7-8). Unfortunately, the system made me reschedule the appointment even though the ordered part arrived and is sitting on my dryer!! The system is not efficient at tracing the arrival date of parts!!

Dissatisfied with Sears not Dan
I've been waiting for two months for my microwave to be fixed. While this is not necessarily Dans fault it is frustrating when a service provider takes two months to order parts and then tells you that they can't fix it.

polite technician but problem not resolved
The issue has been going on since Nov 2022. Dryer has to run 3 times to dry clothes at 70 min. no other dryers settings dry clothes. The exhaust vent has been changed but the technician still keeps stating it's the vent. It seems they are not interested in fixing the problem.

Unprofessional and lacking knowledge
He claimed to have diagnosed the issue of exhaust vent being block but when I asked to confirm by examining the claim he refused to do so. Even after reassuring the vent had been changed recently he became agitated and rushed to leave the premises stating it's the end of the day and he just exhausted. Furthermore, I received an email with the invoice of work which was not signed by me but by him.
