Zero customer service
I would have rated him a 1 but spared him since at the end of day he did the work and fixed my fridge. Jim never once looked me in the eye. Avoided conversation with me entirely then "man-splained" me at the end when I asked valid questions. This was the second time he came to my house so you would think he would have been more personal. He was not. The first time he arrived, after waiting 3 WEEKS with a disabled refrigerator, he took one look, told me it was the compressor then told me he would be back in another 3 WEEKS to do the repair. I told him (and his partner) this was unacceptable. He just shrugged; mumbled something and left. I secretly hoped he wouldn't be the person assigned when the parts arrived. He was. In the end he fixed the fridge but this whole experience has been a complete nightmare. When you buy an extended warranty, you hope it will give you peace of mind. THIS entire experience was anything but that.
