Great technicians! The communication ability lacks. I could never talk to a real person until the tech showed up. I left special notes about the problem on the app. to try and streamline things, but those notes were never seen. What could have been 1 appointment (I had a diagnosis and just needed the part and the guy to put it on) required 2. I also tried to upload the photo of the model and serial number and the broken part. Neither would upload despite several attempts. But I did provide both numbers and the explanation to no avail. The window of time scheduled for your appointment is all day. That might work if it is your home appliance and you get to hang out there. But if you have to drive an hour to meet at a secondary location and don't know if you will need to be there at 7 a.m. or noon, or 3, until 6 a.m. the morning of, you have to be up at 5 a.m. and ready to hit the door to get there. Then you find out there was no need, you don't have to be there til noon! This was required of me twice! It would be so helpful if the notification of estimated time would come after 5 p.m. the evening before.

Our Technician did what he could but unfortunately his attempts did not fix our issue. I was not as concerned with him as I was with service time. Our first appointment was on June 25. Here it is September 16 and no where closer than when we started. There was only 3 appointments scheduled during this entire time. Still no AC! Extremely disappointed with company attitude about our not having AC for entire summer. Basically, they showed they could care less about our dilemma.
