Doug provided great service, was conscientious about how he treated my house, used a blanket to cover my counter from being scratched from the dishwasher door and wiped up residue hiding under the door that I was going to clean real quick while the door was off. Service provided was good. Communication with base is bad. Still need to communicate about my dishwasher. No live person to talk to. Nothing is getting done. Dish washer has been diagnosed but not fixed, and there is no progress. So will it ever be repaired or just diagnosed?
