Review of services
It took me longer to make the appointment than it did for Keith to service my hot water heater. Your phone system is WAYYYYYYYY too complicated. There is no way I could write down the website you gave me over the phone. I am 77 years old & feel there should be an easier way to set up the appointment, Plus, the individual I finally talked to kept trying to sell me other services when I plainly said I was not interested.
