Refrigerated problem
Our technician was great. But I really can't remake break up men sears as they keep changing the dates on my end And it seems that we the people who received the parts have to call to verify that they've got them. Sears is one who gets updated on things that have been delivered not us. We were really disappointed that it took 4+ service calls to identify the problem. We're waiting now to see if it actually is fixed.

Refrigerator repairman
Cal called with his estimated time of arrival and worked efficiently to replace the part that arrived by mail. He also cleaned up the packaging. I appreciated the help very much. I do wish with refrigerator repair where food need to be removed that a specific time appointment could be arranged. I removed my food to ice and coolers and cloth covered baskets at 6 am for my 8-12 noon time frame. Cal came at 1140 and he said the refrig might take 5 hours to get up to temp. It is very stressful. I was told to have everything removed by the initial person who diagnosed my problem and ordered the part. Cal said I would have only needed to do the refrig part. Also I hoped that the box I had received was the complete order. I do thank you for someone to call for help. The suggestions are meant to make it easier for someone else. Cal also adjusted my refrig so I could move it to clean under it. I could not move it at all. Now I can!😊
