Didnt call me back
Also very unhappy I can only schedule for mondays and for them to install a part that already has been installed that isnt the problem. I been out a dryer for three weeks now and im getting very irritated.

Dishwasher
I had them come to fix my dishwasher through my home warranty and they said they felt it was some build up in the bottom. Then proceeded not to clean the build up and just put it back together. I had them come to fix it and they left the problem!

Dryer is now broken
The technician was able to diagnose the washer. He also did a review of dryer and said it was fine (it had been working), however when I went to use later the same day, the dryer made a loud bang and no longer works.

GE refrigerator
This man has an attitude and is not customer friendly! Before even looking at our refrigerator he told us there was nothing wrong with it. He told us the refrigerator can normally be 10 degrees more than what it is set at. Our refrigerator was set at 35 but was reading at 46, that is not acceptable. Normal temp should be 35-38, 45-48 would not be acceptable. I have medication in the refrigerator that needs to be at 46 degrees or less, we have been too close to the medications limit. He set our refrigerator temp lower but it is still reading at 41 degrees. He told us if we don't like the product we should contact GE. He did recommend we move items in our refrigerator to help circulation but having done that it still is at 41 degrees. A better attitude and being customer friendly would make a big difference, everyone can have a bad day but 40 years of being a homeowner we have never had someone come into our home with such a bad attitude. It was nota good experience and our refrigerator still could work better.
