Considerate and Capable
Booked the appointment online - easy to do and surprised that I could get next day service. The communication was good and Bret called the day of the appointment to make sure we were in sync on work to be done and parts. He arrived on time and was very personable. He completed the work and made sure I understood what was happening along the way. My treadmill now works well and I am hoping for years of long life. I would use Bret again if ever needed.
