Great Guy - Knows his stuff
Jeffrey called ahead of time so I was ready when he arrived. I had someone else out twice as my water/ice wasn't working - ordering parts, then ordering more parts. Jeffrey says before we do this, I want to see something. He pulls my fridge out, only to discover massive ice build up and rust. Replacing parts was never going to fix the problem. Grateful for your experience!!
