Did a maintenance check on my dryer.
He did a maintenance check on my dryer. There was a broken piece on top of the dryer and the lint trap is pinched and is non operable. The housing that holds the lint trap is now pulled away from the base of the dryer.

Unsatisfied
The first time Robert came to repair my oven I had to pull the oven away from the wall, show him where the gas shut off was, and tell him that he needed a tool to turn it on. The next time Robert came to finish the repair he asked to use my bathroom. I thought said yes but I was annoyed about it. Robert found some type of rodent nest in the oven when he took it apart. He didn't have a shop vac so he asked if he could use my vacuum. I just moved in and had never used the oven because the two times I turned it on it smelled like gas. That's why the CO company had turned it off. I'm not a happy customer

Washer repair
The whole experience with Sears Home Service has been very disappointing. Communication from your company has not been timely, efficient, or effective. If you check your records you will see the request for service was made days ago. You will also see that you tech has been out twice ordered the wrong part and has not completed the repair. Parts need to be ordered and another visit needs to be scheduled. I have NO information anout what you plan to do next. The tech informed my renter that the unit needed to be moved out of the location where it is typically located. Now we have been told it did not need to be moved. Your electronic communication system is cumbersome and ineffective. You have inconvenienced us and our tenants.
