Efficient and honest service
Michael was very knowledgeable and courteous. He was able to diagnose the problem and gave me several options on what my next steps were. There was no pressure to make a decision immediately. I would definitely recommend Michael.

Refrigerator door repair and furnace PM
Royce knows what he's doing and he communicates well! Refrigerator's incomplete door closing repaired with parts sent ahead by Sears. Furnace PM - function checked along with various operating parameters. Should be good for another year.

Timely and efficient
Cal was friendly, respectful, timely, thorough and got the job done. Unfortunately I had 2 appointment with sears on this day. Cal was great. The second appointment they never showed up or called. I called Sears 6-8 times during the 8-5 window. Finally at 5:30 someone named Major answered and said Eric would be out at 7:30 pm. At the same time while in the phone with Major I got an email saying my appt was moved to 11/2/2023. I took today off for these appts. And not even the decency of a call before pushing my appt out another 9 days. Sears ordered parts and made this new appt for me for today 10/24/2023. I didn't make it. Then they don't show or call and just reschedule. Not for tomorrow but 11/2? Seriously? Sears is so hit or miss but I think this is the last straw for me. Four years of spotting service. My time is valuable and Sears obviously does not respect it. Cal personally was great. Sears home warranty over all has terrible customer service.
