Bachirou did a great job explaining everything to me. He gave me 2 options of replacing the ice maker or having it cleaned and sealed. I chose the cheaper one, of cleaning and sealing. He was so helpful! And saved me money and it works so I'll have ice for Thanksgiving Dinner!
