As I said before, he is tops. You could save time and money with repair people such as he is. He took the time to correct the problem instead of "throwing" away and using new whether needed or not.

Robert was great.
The service scheduling was HORRIBLE. My oven was supposed to be fixed between 8am and 5pm...it was fixed at 10pm. You should have narrow service windows and not have a 10pm installation. Robert was great! You should have workers installing parts at 10pm!!!
