Professional and Polite
Robert attempted to do his best even though Sears didn't follow through by allowing him to call me prior to driving out. Ultimately Sears did not have the parts required for the fix (which I would have known had Sears had him call me prior to showing up like I specifically asked). My experience with Robert was positive, while all other experiences with Sears customer service reps and automated lines were not.

Service and repair for my LG washer/dryer
Tuan did a great job repairing our washer/dryer combo. He was very professional and friendly. Did an excellent job fixing the machine and even gifted my 3 year old son with his headlamp before he left. He heard my son keep asking about his head lamp and gave it to him. My son was super grateful for such a kind gesture. Thanks again Tuan!! So glad we can wash our clothes again.

Washer repair
