Mickey was very pleasant. I felt bad as the dryer had not worked for 10 days prior to today, when he got her it worked. He gave me some input as to what to watch for and to call in case it quit working again. I only wish he could have looked at the washer too, but he was ony authorized to check out one appliance today.
