Good service when he finally got here…uhh…
Robert was a fine serviceman. BUT! THE FACT that he didn't need all the parts, and I HAD TO PAY FOR THEM! Really, what happened to Sears, my go-to-repair guys? I am seriously questioning this repair costing me so much!!! I am considering a lawsuit.

Sean was great and did an excellent job
When Sean finally got here he did work hard and got a lot done. However, the logistics folks at Sears could use some improvement. Giving a customer an 8 to 5 window, then telling them tech would be here at 10:30 am then revised to 1:30 and then revising arrival time again until 3:40 pm then tech not arriving until nearly 4:30 pm was way less than optimal. Not his fault but schedulers definitely booked him way too heavy. Do a better job of scheduling your tech's stops and you will provide a much better service.
