Doug was prompt and arrived within the timeframe that he stated he would arrive at our place. He got right down to work and ran several diagnostic tests on our dryer. He explained to me what was causing the sound even though I was 4 hours away and then did the same with my mother who who was at home. Thanks for your assistance.
