Furnace was looked at and the technician was very rude when describing the issue. Not really sure why this was.

Bad Attitude
Michael seems like he could be a really cool guy, but he had a bad attitude and didn't do his job well during our appointments. One day he was AWOL. Put a dent in the dishwasher didn't tell us. Left screws unscrewed that attached dishwasher to counter, and was somewhat rude and argumentative. I think he was having a bad day, but that's no excuse. To his credit, he did fix the original problem.

Horrible workmanship here.
This is one of the worst jobs I have seen. This guy didn't even move the washer to verify what was wrong with the machine because he couldnt find a sticker. This guy here wasn't able to service a wash machine due to no sticker on the outside of the machine and didn't even go further as he mentioned that it might be stolen due to this. Ok, here we are today I moved it hey Serial number and model number bwala. Like majic. I woundlt use this guy or company for what a crappy job they do. Sad. If I could i would attach the picture.

Terrible and condescending technician
He was more interested in giving me instructions on how to use a dryer, that I have been using for more than 2 years ,than solving the problem(s) I was having with my dryer. At the end of his entire 30 minutes of being in my house, I still continued to have the same problems. The dryer cuts off after 6 minutes of running, regardless of the time set

No one showed up!
4th service call and this time he didn't show up! Wife took off work 4x for a washing machine repair. Still not fixed and they call to say it's unrepairable after the 4th time.?..?

Dishwasher still leaking
Our dishwasher started leaking about 3 weeks ago. The repair was finally completed yesterday and the dishwasher is still Leaking. We are very disappointed.

Rudest Technician EVER
Jeff was THE RUDEST technician that has EVER been to my home. He spoke down to my husband and I, insulted our home, and was disrespectful to us as a whole. He had the audacity to make a joke referencing how he's often kicked out of clients' homes because of how he comes off. A formal complaint has already been placed with Best Buy, and I would be happy to provide more details to A&E. This technician is a terrible representation of both Best Buy and A&E. He is never welcome back to my property. Basic rule of customer service is to NOT insult or belittle homeowners …. Something Jeff obviously hasn't been trained on.
