Filter not placed correctly
You didn't check if the new filter was placed correctly. It wasn't put correctly therefore after your leaving we had flooded water on our floor and drawers from the leakage of filter . I had to work hard to clean up the floor. My son watched the YouTube video to figure out how to fit the filter in its place. Very disappointed.

He put the new piece in the ice maker in a timely manner, was on time and pleasant....however he smelled so strong of cigarette smoke that it even lingered in my house after he left.

Kenmore dishwasher repair
I took sears too many repairs for the same dishwasher. For the past two years they have made more repair visits to my house to repair the same problem they claimed was fixed. Now he said the problem (water sitting in the dishwasher causing error code) is fixed, but I bet the same problem will arise in about 45 days.

While on site the technician was professional and skilled. Unfortunately 8 days later and he still hasn't filled out the paperwork so my claim can't proceed to the next step of resolution.

tech was aggressive about not wearing a mask indoors for vulnerable occupants. It was overwhelming and disappointing to feel that I had waited 3 weeks for help and still wasn't going to get the repair completed.

Service for stove
We were very upset when we were told that the previous Sears repairman didn't put the screws back in from the first repair. Then after the diagnostic was completed and we didn't accept the repairs there was a very strong gas smell and it wasn't like that before the diagnostic was completed. The repair man knew that there was a gas smell while the stove was off because he asked us if it always had that smell of gas when it was off. We told him no. I don't think we should have had to pay the $99 when the first repair man never put the screws back in and the 2nd repair man shouldn't have never left with that strong of a gas smell which was never there before the diagnostic. I believe he had to have done something to make the gas smell like that. I'm not sure if the repair man caused it or not. My mom and I both had very bad headaches and we had to shut the gas valve off. We were very disappointed with the service.

Didn't catch the issue
When he came out, he wasn't very thorough while saying that everything was still putting out some sort of charge. He was very short with me when I asked him questions to clarify - hopefully it wasn't just because I am a woman. We ultimately needed to call someone else out about a month later because the air conditioner still wasn't cooling the house. The new technician found the issue and said it was something that should have been caught previously.

Did not complete the service / disappointed in Kenmore
We have been without a working washing machine for at least a month and today was the 2nd time the tech was out. Last time he said the only thing that might fix the washing machine was a new mother board, which took over a week and a half to be shipped. This time he replaced the motherboard, ran a basic factory test, but could not stay long enough to confirm where issues arose in the past because he had 11 more appointments left. The factory test worked, so he left, but after his departure, the same issue occurred, the washer stalls at the sensing step for a long time and then just ends cycle with wet clothes. We turned off power and tried multiple times, but no resolution. Now we're stuck waiting for another appointment in 4 days. It would have been nice had the tech allowed for the proper time to make a full assessment of the unit working after replacing the motherboard. Anyways, here we sit for over a month without a working washing machine. So disappointed in Kenmore!!

6 Weeks and No A/C repai
Unfortunately, after six weeks, our air conditioning system still does not work. This technician was not able to get it done. He missed an appointment on July 3 which delayed the process even further. He had to refer it back to Cinch home services warranty department to refer this Issue out to a larger company that can handle the installation of the parts needed. Also, he is not confident that the home warranty company legitimately tries to repair their client's malfunctioning appliances in a timely manner. Additionally, I thought we were getting Sears home services. Unfortunately, we received a technician from A & E factory service. Such a bummer, we were expecting Sears not A&E.
