Service excellence
Vish provided excellent service on tuning up my furnace for the upcoming winter season. He is friendly, personable and efficient. This is the second time he has provided this service at my home. He went beyond the tuneup by advising me on leaks on my furnace system. He also helped repair the leaks with aluminum tape to eliminate air leaks. We had a nice conversation about local and national issues. I would highly recommend Vish as an excellent employee for Sear Home Services. I have not had the same experience with other service people from Sears Home Service for appliance calls.
