Washer Water Hose Leak
Ray performed fantastic work. He identified the water leak in minutes, ordered the part, and returned to install it. His work was complete and efficient. I was so impressed that I ordered a dryer preventive maintenance service while Ray was here. When the washer started leaking I initiated a service order that was scheduled within three days. This prompt appliance service is extraordinary. This is 5 star service all around!

Dan showed up when he said he would, same day that i called for service- evaluated our dryer, provided an estimate and explanation of the damage and repair needed, which seemed quite reasonable. He had what he needed to do the repair , promptly proceeded to do so. My dryer seems to be back on track! Very happy with service provided.
