Excellent service
Dan was extremely helpful, polite and explained each step of what he was doing. He communicated when he was on the way, was considerate and wore shoe protectors before coming in, and patiently listened to what the issue was and then went about troubleshooting. Once he realized the dryer itself did not have an issue but it was the power outlet, he explained what needed to be done. He also did not charge any fee since the dryer itself was working fine. Real stand up professionalism!

Excellent work and service by the tech
I'm not happy with the time frame that it took to get the repair job completed. I waited 2 days for a technician to come 7am until 8pm with no call or text from the sears repair company. Not a happy camper. On a scale of one to ten I give you a 0 you drop the ball
