Patrick did an excellent job. He came and did troubleshooting. Provided options and was quick to repair. Although I can't say the same about the Sears Appliance people! They cancelled my appointment without any notice and no followup whatsoever. I had to sit on the phone for over an hour to get an answer that never happened. They just rescheduled. I too the entire day off for that appointment and crickets was all I had as a response. Call us to reschedule and wait on the phone for an hour to find out the appointment some how was cancelled. "SOMEHOW" come on sears
