Kris was knowledgeable about the problem with my old Craftsman lawn tractor, the part that was need for the repair, and the cost involved if I had chosen to replace the damaged part. He was very professional in that he called to let me know well in advance as to when he expected to arrive, conducted himself in a polite and respectful manner, and his appearance was neat and clean.

Paul was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to make an assessment that the gear in the washing machine needed to be replaced and then let me make the decision whether to do the repair or get a new machine. I chose to purchase a new machine. He also mentioned my dryer vent was wrapped around my gas line in the back of my dryer, I appreciated his comment and notification
