After initial call, parts ordered and they arrived and we waited all day but no one came as scheduled! Had to reschedule to Nov1 thenSears cancelled! Finally today . I still have heard nothing about Y washer repair and it has been 10 days for company to respond! Technician 5; company 0

Amazing work ethic
Thomas went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied after a prior bad experience having an appointment rescheduled without notification. Thomas was very thorough with his diagnosis and he deserves a raise. If it wasn't for Thomas, I would have taken my business elsewhere.
